Innovation Team Member, Kristine Kennedy, sent in this new collection of jewelry. I really like how Kristine designs her collections around a steady theme. It really helps to build a branded look for her jewelry.

I’d love to know how Kristine created the teardrop earring with the blue at the bottom. Is it resin and alcohol ink? So pretty!
Was just about to ask about the technique for the teardrop earrings when I saw Susan’s post. Would love to have a tutorial for those.
Those are great earrings aren’t they.
I hope to get a tutorial of them up as soon as I can, but in the meantime, here is what I can offer.
For the findings you will need are the Wire Frames Large Drop: https://www.nunndesign.com/product-category/elements-of-inspiration/findings/wire-frames-findings/#sthash.J9J2aUe1.dpbs
And the Earwire Leverback Large Oval: https://www.nunndesign.com/product-category/elements-of-inspiration/findings/ear-wires/#sthash.F9M6WIiN.dpbs
For the technique, Nunn Design 2-Part Resin: https://www.nunndesign.com/product-category/elements-of-inspiration/mixed-media-supplies/resins-glues-sealants/#sthash.WsU4ecbr.dpbs
For the colorant, this designer used mica powders. I would recommend Jacquard Pearl Ex Powders. We hope to be stocking them soon, but here is a link: http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=pearl+ex+powder+pigments&tag=googhydr-20&index=arts-crafts&hvadid=27053643483&hvpos=1t1&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6892079151256921553&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_6ud7onuddg_b
For the “how to”, this tutorial will get you started. You apply tape to the backside, pour in the resin and then at the bottom mica powders to the base. https://www.nunndesign.com/how-to-color-block-with-2-part-resin-tutorial-video/#sthash.Hyi7kMLA.dpbs
Let me know if you have any other questions.
