Welcome to all of you. I hope we can be of support on your creative journey.

Often I have seen that people want to have more creativity in their lives, but are a bit resistant to actually moving forward. In many cases, this might be totally unconscious. For me, resistance to taking risks and trying something new can be a wee bit vulnerable. I’d rather think, read and plan than actually diving in and do the actual creating. It isn’t always conscious, but I find this trend in my behavior over and over.

I shot this video for a series of online classes (yes, it was freezing in Port Townsend, Washington in the spring!), addressing my own patterns of resistance. I hope you can find the humor in my story and if you relate, that you can find habits to change your own resistance.
