Sea Charm Bracelet + Video
I often create charm bracelets that incorporate multiple techniques, like this Sea Charm Bracelet. Here is a breakdown of the various techniques that I used to create the various charms including links to tutorials and videos for learning.

I love this faux porcelain look. Making a mold with silicone putty, sculpting Crystal Clay with the mold and then applying colorized Nunn Design 2-Part Resin over the top created these Faux Porcelain charms. Here are several tutorials and videos showing how to do this technique.
- Some of the “A” charms are created on a headpin. Here is a tutorial showing how to make the mold and sculpt it the drop accent: Excess Crystal Clay Bits – Make a Sculpted Drop Accent Charm!
- After the charm is sculpted on the headpin, it is then colorized with Nunn Design 2-Part Resin. This tutorial (skip the texturizing part) shows how to mix the Nunn Design 2-Part Resin and add Castin’ Craft Opaque Pigments to colorize it. - A couple of the charms are created using a Nunn Design Bezel. In this tutorial I show you how you can create your mold to be used with a bezel. Make These Sculpted Relief Epoxy Clay and Resin Pendants

The charm marked “B” is created by applying tape onto the backside of an open back bezel, embedding a couple beads and pouring in colorized Nunn Design 2-Part Resin. The same drill, there are multiple techniques that aren’t shown in one tutorial, so you will have to learn through a couple different posts.
- In this tutorial, learn how to use an open back bezel by applying tape on the back and then learn how to mix Nunn Design 2-Part Resin. The items that I embedded in this charm are small crystal beads. You would apply the beads the same way I applied the flowers in this tutorial. - After you have figured out how to use open back bezels and how to mix resin, scroll down in this tutorial to learn how to add colorants to the mixed Nunn Design 2-Part Resin. I am crazy about this last technique, Sculpted Resin. It is by far one of the coolest things that I feel I have discovered. It solves so many issues of working with resin and allows the artist to really streamline the process.
