Melissa is my partner in crime when it comes to any visual graphics from Nunn Design. She is funny (well downright silly really), creative, thoughtful, patient, kind, and a joy to work with day in and day out.
Melissa’s jewelry often leans toward the more quirky playful side. It is truly a visual representation of her creative character. For the latest Art Day here at Nunn Design, Melissa designed with the Satellite 2 mm Bead Chain, Organic Hoops, Hammered Traditional Cross and Mini Rope Jumprings from the 2018 Winter Collection.
Here are some other fun designs that Melissa has created over the years. You can see her funny (well downright silly) side!
Melissa’s graphic art also lends to some beautiful photography. Take a look at Melissa collection of images of Port Townsend in this blog post: Happy Holidays from our Home to Yours

Hi, Melissa, what is the best way to finish the ends of the chain usefulness n the necklace with you the 3 beads across the middle. I ordered this chain, but am not sure how to finish those tine links. Thank you
Hi Christine. I used Ball Chain Crimp Connectors (https://www.nunndesign.com/shop/elements-of-inspiration/findings/chain-connectors/ball-chain-crimp-connector-antique-copper/) to finish the chain. I just crimped it around the bead on the chain.

What a fantastic talent in jewelry creation and photography – with a broad skill set of cool techniques. It was especially fun to look at the offerings from Melissa’s quirky perspective. I am curious about the components used in the bee and hive pendant/charm/awesomeness. What elements make up that glorious bee hive?
Hello Katherine! Thanks for the compliments!
Becky did a tutorial on my piece, you can see the components and process here: https://www.nunndesign.com/ball-chain-bee-hive-tutorial/.
Thanks!
