Besides being the main lead out in the warehouse, Christee is my right-hand gal when it comes to preparing Nunn Design for our art retreats and tradeshows. Christee works diligently to make sure that everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) is thought through and packed up. She is meticulous about details and I LOVE her for it. Anything that Christee touches is smooth and easy sailing. She takes so much stress off my shoulders because I know that “Christee has planned for my every move.”
Christee has a lovely elegant style to her jewelry making. Designing jewelry that looks like “I can make that” isn’t always the easiest to do. It takes patience and the willingness to keep trying different combinations of findings until you have distilled the design to a level of “zen-ness.” Christee is the master of this.
For the latest Nunn Design Quarterly Art Day, Christee focused on the following pieces using the newest 2018 Winter Collection.
Here are some other examples of Christee’s work from past art days. Clean, elegant with a great attention to detail.

Simple beauty – I love it! The combinations of components seem so logical and fluid but it would not cross my mind to usevffffffffffffffffffffffff
(Sorry – the cat ran across the keyboard to get away from the dogs!)
I love the simple beauty of these designs and am wondering about the lower right necklace in the top photo. Is that wire and epoxy clay? Maybe with some Pearl Ex on the clay? It’s beautiful! Wait…they are all beautiful. Great job!
Lol to cats and keyboards!
Yes, Christee used Crystal Clay/epoxy clay. She formed drops around headpins and then colored them with Pearl Ex powders. Good eye!
Also, here is a tutorial in a similar vein. https://www.nunndesign.com/excess-crystal-clay-bits-make-a-sculpted-drop-accent-charm/
Instead of using a mold, like in the tutorial, Christee just dusted it with the mica powder.
I love it – thank you for the link! 😉
