2016 Summer Collection Inspiration! Stacking Rings, Itsy Spiritual Charms and Flat Tags!
The latest collection of jewelry findings was released from Nunn Design last week. Over the next couple weeks I hope to inspire you to design with these little beauties! Here is what we have in the line up!

Stacking Rings in Sizes 6, 7 and 8!
Rings have continued to be an amazing category of jewelry findings for us here at Nunn Design. They must be for you too, because you seem to sell the heck out of them!
The 2016 Summer Collection consists of a stacking ring that is cast from lead-free pewter and plated in copper, 24k gold and .999 fine silver. The ring band has a width of 4mm and is slightly hammered to give it a handmade look. Rings are available in sizes 6, 7 and 8 and have a bezel with the inner dimensions of 6.5 x 6.5 x 1.5mm. They are ideal for resin and clay work!
For this pair of earrings, I used the stacking ring as the focal. I punched a hole on the top using a pair of Hole Punch Pliers and threaded in a Headpin that I looped to connect to the 6mm Textured Jump Ring and Leverback Earwire. The focal is created by pressing Crystal Clay-Black into a Silicone Mold that was brushed with a gold PearlEx Mica Powder prior to making the sculpted relief impression. Pretty elegant looking, don’t you think?
Here is the matching set of stacking rings.
For this stacking ring set, I used a wee bit of Crystal Clay-Black and embedded some Glitter Roxs into the clay. I then poured some Nunn Design 2-Part Resin over the top. Simple, yet oh so cool.
Itsy Spiritual Charms
These little cuties can be thrown into the cluster of charms or stand alone as a simple, yet elegant statement. In our previously released Itsy Spiritual Charms we have a lotus, infinity and ohm, and now we’ve added a yin yang, Star of David and a cross.
Itsy Spiritual Charms are cast in lead-free pewter and plated with copper, 24k gold and .999 fine silver. The outer dimensions measure 12.7 x 9.1 x 2.1mm. Itsy little guys!
Flat Tags
The trend of customizing with metal stamping onto the Nunn Design Flat Tags is still one of our top selling categories. With these two new horizontal shapes, we anticipate these tags moving quickly to our bestseller list.
Nunn Design Flat Tags are cast in lead-free pewter and plated with copper, 24k gold and .999 fine silver. Tags are plated to be metal stamped and engraved. The Hammered Flat Tag Long Narrow Horizontal Double Hole measures 44.6 x 7.4 x 1.4mm and has 2mm holes. The Flat Tag Small Rectangle Horizontal Double Hole measures 31.7 x 7.8 x 1.3mm with 2mm holes.
This look on the Hammered Flat Tag Long Narrow Horizontal Double Hole is created by pressing Crystal Clay-Black into a Silicone Mold that was brushed with a gold PearlEx Mica Powder prior to making the sculpted relief impression.
Wrap a teensy piece of Rhinestone Chain around one of the Hammered Flat Tag Long Narrow Horizontal Double Hole to get this yummy look!
I wire wrapped some of the Nunn Design Metal Faceted Round 4mm Beads onto a Flat Tag Small Rectangle Horizontal Double Hole to create this great duotone colored look. I used a pair of Hole Punch Pliers to punch a hole into the tag and attached a Flat Tag Mini Drop with a 6mm Textured Jump Ring
To create this look, you’ll need some Nunn Design 2-Part Resin, some Castin’ Craft Opaque Pigment-White and some Glitter Roxs! I love this look! I especially like how I wire wrapped the tag to create a little more interest.
